This beloved tradition honors the life and legacy of Scottish poet Robert Burns while raising vital funds to support the next generation of talent in the restaurant, winemaking, viticulture, brewing, and distilling industries.
Guests will enjoy a amazing dinner with food service from El Gaucho , fine wines, and delicious cocktails, along with live music, poetry, a spirited toast to the haggis, plus our silent and live auction—all in support of local students pursuing their dreams in the culinary and beverage arts.
